When Ben Jennings was diagnosed with ALS in 2015 we realized that he and his family needed help. They needed financial advice, fundraising tools and a plan for dealing with their devastating news. A small group of people came to his aid with conviction, persistence and a “can do” attitude.

The result is Families and Communities Together Relief or FACT Relief. We’re a non-profit and grassroots organization that provides financial and fundraising tools to help communities rally support for those families facing the financial burden of catastrophic injury and terminal illnesses.

On Saturday, May 22, 2021. Ben made the decision to end his battle on his terms and was surrounded by his family, most notably his three boys. Your generosity had helped Ben to remain in his home and watch his boys become men.  We cannot thank you enough for the love and support you’ve shown Ben and his family.
