The Howell Family Needs Our Help

Anthony (Tony) Howell is a retired educator of nearly 40 years, having spent much of that time as a schoolteacher and principal in the metro Atlanta area. He has also been a member of Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral in Austell, GA for over 25 years where he has served in various capacities, most notably as a deacon. 

Tony was diagnosed with ALS in 2019, which has since increasingly affected his physical movements and capabilities. Despite this, he continues to put his full faith in God and have a highly positive outlook on life. He enjoys spending time with his extended family, including some of his favorite people in the world, his granddaughter Renea (who is now in pre-K! :-o) as the latest addition, his grandson Bryson.

 Tony has spent so much of his life ministering and serving others, so now is a great opportunity for us to do what we can to help serve him… 

 Despite his family’s steadfastness in providing his caretaking since his diagnosis, they have been recently pushed close to their limit, as the disease has required increased needs for all activities of daily living for Tony. The costs of his ongoing care have become a challenge to maintain and are projected to continue to increase as his needs increase with the natural progression of his disease. This includes (but is not limited to) hiring 24/7 caregiving services, daily supplies for his care, and medical equipment. 

 Please help provide any financial assistance that is put on your heart to offer to provide the family ongoing respite from current and future expenses to come.  Anyone who knows Tony knows that he would do the same for others in need, and, in fact, has already touched so many lives in immeasurable ways.
